- We offer a 14 Day return period. Items should be returned unused within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund; Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
- If your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.
- If you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to email@example.com so we can have this resolved for you.
- You must print and complete the returns form enclosed with your order for either a refund or an exchange.
- Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.
- We are unable to offer returns on jewellery, cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Pack your items and include either the returns form in the original packaging (where possible), this allows us to deal with your request in a timely manner.
- We advise you to use some form of tracking or proof of postage. Parcels returned via your own method are your responsibility until we receive them.
- Return your parcel, and allow 7 working days to receive an email confirmation of the return being received.
- Allow 14 working days after you receive the email confirmation for your refund to be processed.
- Your refund will go back to your payment method and can take up to 7 days. If you paid for your order with a gift voucher, a new voucher will be sent to your email address.
- If you require an exchange you can re-order the item you’re after. We don’t do swaps.
- Please note credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
